You Are Valuable

Think of a $100 bill, it fell out of your pocket on your way home.

The wind blew it off, people trampled upon it. Water splashed on it…

If you eventually find the bill, what will the value be?

It is still $100.

You might have to dry and clean it up but the value of the bill has not changed.

You may have been through some unpleasant experiences that left you inadequate and dejected.

You may have been told you are worthless.

Don’t allow those experiences to define you. Remember, you are valuable!

I remember a lady discussing with me recently. She did something she was not proud of when she was 17 years old.

She felt used, dumped, and absolutely worthless. The experience plagued and limited her for a very long time until she realized that she is still priceless.
Your value did not diminish because of any life event.
Life events may bring the feeling of diminished self-worth but I want you to know you can shake that thought off.

Any battle lost in the mind will eventually be lost in reality.

Shake off thoughts of defeat and embrace the truth about who you are.

It is very important to guide your heart diligently. Don’t allow despair or thoughts of defeat to occupy your mind and take root.

If you are reading this and you know you have allowed those thoughts to take root in your mind. You can change the way you think.

Start by changing what you feed your mind with. Read or listen to inspiring resources.

Declare to yourself that you are valuable, say it out loud.

Even if you do not feel that way.

Continue to declare it, every single time you say it, you hear it and you energize yourself.

Don’t allow life occurrences to define you.

No matter what the life occurrence may be. Keep this in mind, you are valuable and can become whoever you set your heart to become.

I believe you can do it! Go for it!
