What To Do When Nothing Makes Sense…

The Eiffel Tower in Paris

You may have been at that place before when things happening around you makes no sense.

Absolutely no sense!

No matter how hard you think about it, you cannot make sense of it.

You cannot make sense of someone choosing to kill so many people by blowing their plane off the skies

Or even detonating a bomb in a crowd killing many.

It does not make sense why so many lives should be wasted…

Questions abound to which we have no answers to…

…a common question repeated so often in times of chaos is: Where is God in all this?

Where is God?

The best answer I have found so far…

… He is there comforting the broken-hearted

…He is there defending the weak

…He is there as a father to the fatherless

… He is there, husband to the widow

… He is there, the very present help in the time of need

God is ever-present, ever willing , ever-loving. When we can’t see him or feel him He is there.

When nothing around you makes sense, don’t try to figure it out.

Simply trust!

Trust the very present help to show up when needed.

Trust God to comfort and encourage .

When nothing makes sense.

It always makes sense to trust God.

It always makes sense to pray.

Praying for comfort that only God can bring at this time of chaos and grief around the world.
