Starting The Day Right – Personal Reflection



Have you ever wondered how best to start your day?

Different people start their day in different ways.

The most common activities people list as must do in the mornings are : meditation, exercise, reading.

The main point is sticking with what works. Since there is no one size fit  all to this, you will have to find out what works for you and stick to it.

Several years ago I developed an habit of making time to pray in the morning.  I find this activity very energizing. Just the way a good work out energizes your body to take on the daily chores, spending time in prayer energizes your spirit.

Have you ever had a glass of cold water after a long walk on a very hot day? Refreshing right? Praying refreshes and energizes, and it is worth devoting some time to.

As you start your day today, spend a few minutes in prayer. It will be best time investment of your day. Make it a great day!
