Every single time I think about Easter, I cannot help thinking about new beginnings.  Irrespective of what your past may have been or what you may have done before now, you can  move ahead to a fresh start and a brighter future. At the cross, an ultimate prize was paid to bring joy, peace, love, redemption and a fresh start to all humanity.

Have you ever looked back at some decisions you have made in the past and wish you could go back and do things differently. The decision may have been poor and accompanied with grave consequences, stop beating up yourself over it all. Embrace the redemptive power of the cross, which forgives and provides new opportunities. Dwelling on past mistakes will not change anything, it will only keep you stuck in the past. As you read this post, make a decision to change your future for the better by opening your heart to God’s love expressed in his son.

The sacrifice at the cross symbolizes the ultimate expression of God’s love. All you need to embrace God’s love is saying a simple prayer asking him to come into your heart, forgive your past and give you a fresh start. Making a decision to embrace God’s love has immerse benefits. Over the past several years, I have had the privilege to experience him as my guide, my best friend, my comforter and my ultimate source of inspiration. You can experience that as well because the price has been paid for you at the cross. Happy Easter!
