It Is Not Too Late…

It is never too late to begin - motivational reminder on a napkin with a cup of coffee

Have you ever been told it is too late for you to do something really dear to your heart?

Maybe no one ever told you that but YOU have told yourself the same over and over again?

Is it really too late? Seriously?

I remember having a discussion with a friend several years ago who had always wanted a college degree. She  told me she would have loved to go back to college but she is too old to go back.

My friend was 27 years old at the time.

In four years she will be 31 years old.  I asked her if she will prefer to be a 31-year-old college graduate or 31-year-old woman wishing for a college education.

She made her call, today she is not only a college graduate, she has completed all her desired professional certifications and living her dreams.

You may not be thinking about college, or career.

For you it may be business…

You have always had the desire to start a business but never took the first step.

You have always had this nudging feeling that it is too late..

You ran your idea by a few friends and family and guess what…

They all think it is too late for you too….

Well, I will like to encourage you that it is not too late. Cornell Sander, the founder of  Global fast food chain, Kentucky Fried Chicken ( KFC ) is an example to consider.

Cornell Sanders started KFC at the age of 62.

There is no limit to what you can accomplish so far you do not place a limit on yourself.

Whatever that desire is, don’t be limited by the thought of the time gone by. Instead make the most of  the time you have. Map out a workable strategy to make your dream a reality. Make every moment count.directions
