Are You Investing Your Time Well?

When I was in college I was a very active member of a christian organization.

I thought so highly of my group and was always inviting people for our meetings.

My role in group involved following up first-time visitors with the aim of ensuring return visits.

A common phrase I heard back then that still persist even today is “…… but  I am so busy”.

The reasons varied with different people, busy with classes, busy studying, busy with examinations.

Today it may be  busy with work, busy with children..

Tomorrow it may be busy with grandchildren….

Will there be a time in life when you really do not have anything going?

Maybe, Maybe not.

One thing I have come to deeply appreciate is living life on purpose.

Not rushing through life, but intentionally making the most of every single minute.

Busy…but make time to invest in yourself.

As you invest in yourself you will discover ways to manage your time efficiently. Enhancing your overall productivity

As you invest in yourself you discover ways to bring out the best in people around you.

You enjoy richer relationships.

You trigger a chain of desirable events when you invest in yourself.

Think about diamonds, in their raw state they look dull and unattractive.

After considerable amount of work, it comes out polished and shining

People admire it.

People desire it.

Many want to pay to own it.

Why?

Someone invested time and brought out the beauty that was previously hidden.

You have so much within you…

…that the world is eager to see.

Let your diamond shine and glow for all to see… start the journey today

Look out for my post on how to invest in yourself
