Believe In People…Bring Out The Best In Them.

It pays to give

We all desire great relationships don’t we?

Relationship with your partner, family, friends and kids.

Won’t it be so beautiful if these relationships are simply great.

In the past few years I have devoted so much time to studying about relationships. I have done this mainly by reading several books, listening to people, reading about people’s experiences and reflecting on relationship dynamics. I am still learning…

Even though I learn from all these sources, my greatest teacher has been my experience working and relating  with people. In the past few years I have built teams and worked with  both large and small teams. I have observed many of my personal relationships. I notice one important principle  for successful relationships, irrespective of the nature of the relationship  is believing in people.

It is such a powerful thing to simply believe.

Think about it, when someone you are around someone who believes, you are energized to be your best.

Without consciously thinking about it, you want the person to maintain the impression they have of you. You can create that effect on people as well.

When you believe in people you will be slow to point out faults and overlook trivial shortcomings.

Believing is such a powerful force that can be unleashed to bring out the best in people.

Encourage the people in your life to be at their best …believe in them. Let them know you believe in them

Believe in God.

Believe in yourself and you will find out that believing in people will not be hard at all.

You have all it takes! So go for it!
