There are certain habits that simply infuse energy into your day before it even gets started. They are listed below:

1. Start your day early: So many times you hear people say this is one thing so many successful people have in common… they wake up early.

Getting up early allows you to get a lot more done before your work day starts, managing your time better.

The activities listed below will help anyone but may be difficult to incorporate if you wake up just in time to make your first meeting.

2. Exercise:  this simple activity takes discipline to incorporate into every day life but the benefits are immerse. Give your self a huge energy boost every morning by making time to exercise. One excuse so many people give for not exercising is lack of time. You can start with a simple 10 minute walk or run in your neighborhood and build it up from there at your own pace.

3. Think / Meditate : I think of this as an exercise for your mind. Just like your muscles, the more you exercise your mind, the sharper it is. Always make time to think.

4. Pray: I saved the best for last. This is an absolutely refreshing exercise and rewarding too. You have your day all planned out, commit those plans to God and let him help you go further faster.
