The truth may be that you have too much on your daily schedule and there is just no way you can possibly get it all done. Prioritize your task, identify what you must do, and separate that from what you can delegate to others. This simple step will free up some time for you to devote to other activities.
4. Delegate responsibilities: It is absolutely okay to ask for help sometimes. Or simply to accept an offer from someone willing to help. It takes a lot of pressure of you and you may even learn a different approach to getting things done.
You can accomplish more by applying these simple nuggets to daily routines. Day to day activities should not be burdensome and overwhelming. Instead, it should bring a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
